Correction on '68 Nat. Geo...

Post by parafins »

It seems that I made a typo at lunch.. The National Geographic Magazine that I mentioned features a article on The "US Virgin Islands" 50 years under the flag.{1968}No wonder that I had no takers for this little gem of a read!I also want you to know that I will pay postage-It's not that expensive....I guess I learned something today-never rush a post at lunch! :D Parafins

parafins Thanks for a great offer. I would love to read the article and see the pics! However, since we'll be gone for the next couple of weeks someone else may want it first. If not, we'll love to look and return and/or forward to another forumite! Great idea, thank you and let me know.

Jan and Mike,You can send me a e-mail when you get back and I will gladly send it along. At this point you are the one one to repond so it's yours! :D If you like I could mail it to your place of work if that would make you a bit more comfortable. If you like St.John history please read Grandma Raised The Roof. It's a great read and it takes you back in time before St.John became a National Park.Another book that I recomend is People Of St.John.The best story in there was written by Nancy Gibney.I just loved her story about the relationship she had with the Oppenheimers{Robert and Kitty}.Parafins
