MJ - Our visit to Viewtiful was about 6 years ago so the details are a bit foggy, but I can tell you that on the positive side, it's a comfy little villa, perfectly suited for 2 couples. Main house is upstairs and the 2 bedrooms are downstairs on opposite sides of the pool. The view is spectacular looking down over Coral Bay from Mamey Peak. The downside for us is that it was so windy that we could not even enjoy relaxing on the deck as the breeze would knock your drink over. It can't possibly be that windy all the time but because of its location, the trades tend to blow up the hillside from Coral Bay and right over the house. The villa has been sold since we were there (It was called Miles Away before)so I imagine the new owners have added their own amenities inside the house. Hopefully, someone who's been there more recently can give you a more up-to-date accounting.
MJ: look into Altamira from private homes for private vacations. It will fit 2 couples--there is a pod for privacy that can be made into one bed. It has an outdoor shower in the main house. The view is to die for (unobstructed and beautiful). The pool was a little chilly in December but there is also a hot tub. We would warm up in the tub--jump in the pool--then go back to the hot tub.
It is just off gift hill and facing rendezvous bay. You get both a great sunrise and sunset.
Also, I just found out during out day trip that there are tons of starfish in the area in front of the villa. I walked down there many times but never got in the water. I had heard that just off to the right there were black tip sharks. It was too close for me but I found out that wasn't a problem.
The main area is very open.
The downside is that there is not air conditioning. It is really easy to get to from Cruz Bay.
I have a review here so take a look. The pricing is comparable to viewtiful.

We stayed at Viewtiful in 2006. I could've sworn a did a villa review, but didn't see it out there. Here's what I remember.
Main living area is upstairs - not very big, but worked for us.
When you go downstairs (outside staircase), there are two bedrooms. One is below the main room - a bit dark. The second bedroom is across the deck (separate building) and is the bedroom shown in the picture on the website. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
Huge deck upstairs on the same level as main room - very nice view. Very windy.
Smaller deck around the pool. I don't remember swimming much - I think the pool was in the shade most of the afternoon.
Washer and drier are in the basement.
Location was great...near smoothy stand...easy to get to just about anywhere on the island.

What We Wish We Could Change
The big deck is upstairs, but not really off the main house (we really like great rooms that open up via sliding glass doors to the main deck - makes the villa feel bigger, like one big indoor/outdoor room)
We also prefer the bedroom right off the main room...we were constantly locking and unlocking doors. However, for two couples, the privacy of the bedrooms and separation of the bedrooms from the main house is likely a plus.
