Help choising villa
Hi all
Planning a trip in March with 4 college seniors and my husband and need to find a reasonable (less thatn 1,500) but of course nice villa.
Was thinking of a couple. Here they are:
Frangipani
http://www.caribehavens.com/frangipani.htm
Adventure
http://www.vrbo.com/90127
and tree house (please note there is a much more expensive tree house and this isn't it) On ajax mountain
http://www.windspree.com/homes/treehouse/
We would like to be in a quiet house with beautiful views but easy drive to good snorkeling (prefer walk but don't think that's possible in our price range.)
Any knowledge of these villas or where they're located will be much appreciated
thanks

I was thinking of Tree House on Mamey Peak offered by Private Homes for Private Vacations. I don't think it's the one you've posted here. www.privatehomesvi.com. I have not stayed in this villa, but PHPV is a family-run company and they are absolutely great to work with.

yes different villa
I've heard a lot of great things about them but during high season their homes are out of our price range, especially with 6 people when we're paying for everyone. but thanks.Anyone else?
I'm sorry. I misread. You said March. I thought you said May.
That's a tall order in high season. I know I am running into a problem for the next trip I want to take because it's just so much more expensive.
I don't know about any of those villas, but if you've found anything under $1500 for a week for six people in March, I'd just book it. Even some of the villas I consider to be pretty "budget" accommodations are going to charge more than that in season!

Hi Amy! First of all, welcome to the forum. I can't tell you about any of these houses, but the last one, Tree House, has a similar view to the villa we rented (Bayview) and I can tell you the views are absolutely stunning from up there! You'd only be about 3 or 4 minutes to Maho & Francis bays from there, and very convenient to everything Coral Bay has to offer. It's about a 20 min. drive to Cruz Bay. We loved that area!
