Who turned on the air conditioning?

Post by AnyTing »

Seriously. It was 80 degrees yesterday. Today it's 40. Okay, so maybe it has something to do with the fact that I am BACK HOME.

The trip was great and I have lots of fun stories and pics, but unfortunately they will have to wait. I got in at midnight and found out I have an employee investigation waiting for me this morning at 9:00 a.m. That will likely suck up every moment I have for the next few days. Seriously, if people would follow two simple rules, these things would be unnecessary: 1) Don't touch anyone, anywhere at work. 2) Don't say anything or do anything at work that you wouldn't do in front of your 87 year old southern baptist grandmother.

If those two rules fail, Flip Flop's Golden Rule applies: Don't be stupid. Seriously, that one covers it all.

So, if and when I crawl out of the investigation hole, I'll tell you about jello shots with Scubagirl and Gromit; why I was running through the woods in the dark, in the rain, in my underwear at Ivan's; about a special forum member that I got to visit with; fun times with Ruth and Ron and why Ruth and I decided I should name my plants Pete, Marcia, and Butkus; meeting the Chills; a little overexposure at Woody's through no fault of my own; and becoming the world's best bartender at Sydney's Peace & Love.

Stay tuned.....

"running through the woods in the dark, in the rain, in my underwear at Ivan's".....

Sounds like fun times or something out of the blair witch project. Either way .. MORE please. After you are done explaining to people that they need to not be stupid.

This sounds like it most be your most interesting trip report yet! I'll look forward to it.

Sorry about the work thing. It's amazing what some people think is acceptable.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Nice teaser... and keep your hands to yourself!

I'll keep an eye on the Woody's website for your horizontal portrait.

Cheers, RickG
