I told Brenda to use picturetrail.com but there are several image hosting sites to choose from, maybe others can chime in on what they use.

The picture trail site is free for a limited number of photos, or $19 a year for more. First join and then go to image upload. Once the photo is uploaded it will give a image url. Then copy and paste into the forum.
It's real easy! PM me if you want me to talk you through it for the first time.
