Due to the realtors being too busy?

Any word on sales picking up on STJ? Is this a case of money fleeing from the market into real investments?

Hmm - I wonder if it's the "our blog didn't generate the sales we expected" effect? Which would be too bad - I wish they could find a way to keep at it.

I read everything that's got an RSS feed. There's has been pretty light on anything with real heft, except for new listings. I like new listings.

I was thinking of a new blog idea that would provide a completely extemporaneous description of new listings from the perspective of a poor white trash villa renter... under a pseudonym. Now, that would be fun.

i like your style & witt. are you related to dectective john corey, the character in several of nelson demille's novels? you both have good instincts and know a lot of guy stuff.
