underwater photos at the Best Western Emerald Beach Hotel

Post by DCphoto »

HI,
We stayed in ST. Thomas for a couple days at the Best Western Emerald Beach Hotel. We are headed to St.John this afternoon, I wanted to post a couple of photos that I took snorkeling at Emerald Beach along the rocks, I was surprised how good it was. Image

This is my first Lobster sighting! I could not believe how big he was!

We also took the tram ride up to see the view of Charlotte Amalie and of course get the world famous Bushwacker.

On our way to St. John hopefully we can get to the party tonight on time. We check in at 4:00 at the Westin. Will try and upload photos this week.

Take care,
Sandy and Mel

Those are really neat pictures! Anthony said one time that he used to take his kids there to snorkel. Hope you have a fun time at the BB tonight! Be sure to take pictures!

It gets better each year we stay there. The rooms now have flat screen tv's, nice balcony over looking the beach and the food is wonderful. Not overly priced and very fresh. The tiki bar is right on the beach. You will like it. The only problem is they are raising their prices, I paid $199 a night. Not sure they raised the rate due to the weekend of Thanksgiving or not.
It is nice to just get off the plane and you are sitting on the beach, we usually stay a couple of nights there before or after our trip to St. John.

Thanks DCphoto! I feel better about my decision. Do you ever get in late and have to go somewhere to get dinner? If so, where?
