Philadelphia Marathon - Skinny Legs runner?

Does anyone know if Moe (I think that's who the runner is) from Skinny Legs is running the marathon today? I know he's done it in past years. It's frigid here today so I feel for him if he is.

He told me when I saw him last week that he was thinking of doing 3 in the next yr, since he is turning 60.
I do not think he was training for any this yr.
