any reviews on fungi's on stt?? went there several years ago - remember i had fun - or that's what they tell me - but don't remember the food. staying a night on stt before heading over to stj for a week - looking for a very casual, nice view kinda of place. more into good appetizers with some seafood/sushi options.

We went to Fungi's last week and we liked it. We've been there twice before. The hills are a killer going down and getting back up, but it's worth it for the view. Also, the driveway coming down is very dangerous, so be careful at night.

If you like sushi, Lotus in Red Hook is the place to be. Heard from alot of people who loved it.

If you're looking for a laid back place, with really good food, on the water, try to find Lattitude 18. Definetly the hardest place we've ever had to find, but we found it first time last week with no problem...a miracle.
