Courtesy?

Post by Xislandgirl »

I always rent from STJ Car rental but I really don't want a Wrangler and they don't rent the smaller suzukis.
Courtesy has the car I want and the price I want but I really want to be sure that I am getting good service and good parking. (Chip hates when I circle town 3 times looking for the best space  )

We had great service when we used Courtesy but I have to say that their lot was full every time we tried to park there.

We have always used Courtesy and Greg has always been great. We got a deal on a car rental/villa for our trip in January and won't be using them but certainly will for future trips.Parking is key--I'll miss that.

X-
I have used Courtesy at least 6x and have always been happy with their service. They are the only place to
still have some Vitara's which I rent when it's only
my wife and I. The parking is great when you can get a spot but it is in the Front Yard. I also have never had a problem with one of their vehicles
Good Luck.

Courtesy is my favorite, so far. We were happy with everything there, including the parking.

I have nothing but good things to say about Courtesy. We always found a place to park in their lot and it's so conveniently located to everything in Cruz Bay. :D

Another Courtesy recommendation here. Greg is a really nice guy. We were always able to find a parking space there.

When we were there last May we rented from Courtesy & they were great!! So friendly, professional & helpful. We never had a problem with parking on their lot...always had a spot when we were there. Liked them so much that we've reserved from them again for May 09.

We always go in June or July and have never had a problem finding a spot in Courtesy's lot. You are not supposed to park there at night once The Front Yard opens (but didn't it close), but we have gotten there before it opened and not returned till way after that night.

Greg is awesome to deal with and has always let us keep the car later than it was supposed to be returned. Everyone I have sent there has been happy with them. Others that opted to go with other agencies ended up using Courtesy the next time around after not being as happy with who they rented from.

We also like Courtesy. They let us pick up late (after 6:30pm) last year - that helped us alot because we were going over to Concordia. We love the 2 door Vitara's. All the people were great to work with and YES we did parked in there lot several times.

We'll be in our Vitara soon ... Less than 2 week!

A few years ago we somehow wound up with the little Vitara. Maybe the newer ones are better, but that poor little thing had no power. Had to downshift into first gear to make it up most of the hills on the East End. And then it just barely made it. Then we found the "Power Button' on the dash. Patty and I still crack up - we're trying to get up one of the hills and I tell her to push the button....nothing happens.... "are you SURE you pushed the button? Push it again... maybe you have to hold it down...." Nope, never worked. We've rented Jeeps ever since. :-) Jenrale

I love the Vitaras. much prefer them over a Wrangler. I like the size, I guess I never got over my Suzuki Samurai with the plywood roof

PJ and I have used Courtesy both times on-island and their service is great. In fact, our service has been so good we would recommend them over anyone else, even though we have not used anyone else. We have had no trouble getting a parking space, but then we were there during relatively slow periods.
How many more days?
