Hi everyone,
I just received an email from Seaview Homes regarding our villa rental in June. The owners have moved over to "Mystic Properties" as their rental agency. Has anyone worked with them in the past? I did a google search and came up with nothing. Any information would be appreciated. We have worked with Mark and his group at Seaview in the past and have always been happy with them. Having to deal with another company makes me a little nervous...Thankfully the villa is paid in full...so...

I've never heard of this company, and nothing comes up when I google it. I'm assuming it's new.

You might be our first guinea pig, so you'll have to report back if that's the case.

What villa is it? Maybe more info comes up if you google the villa.

I actually got in touch with the owner but wasn't sure about Mystic Properties. The villa is still listed under Seaview Homes...the information hasn't all been transferred to Mystic...just curious to know if anyone had any dealings with them...

If you know how to get in touch with the owner and are comfortable with him or her, I wouldn't worry too much about the management company.

I am just surprised there's a villa rental company that I have never heard of.

Mystic Properties is the company name for a couple who have lived here on St John for years and are now managing a few villas. While they are new villa managers, they know everyone & all the STJ ins & outs and I'm sure they will take good care of you!
