Is Smith Bay the one next to Sapphire where the cat was broken up and sat for years?

It's between the Wyndam and Sapphire. It was called Linquist but the name changed. There is a new dirt road cut to the beach with a small sign, so there are two roads you can pull in. It's $2 a person, if someone is there to collect but they're not there all the time. We tried snorkeling last weekend and there wasn't much to see, but the beach is really nice and no crowds at all.
