I love fall in New England
As I was driving home from work yesterday it was windy and the leaves seemed to be dancing across the road.
We had apple cider at my breakast meetings...and apple cider donuts, too.
My mums are in full autumn bloom
I wore my favorite sweater today
Toasted Cranberry English Muffins with a bit of peanut butter makes a perfect dessert.
I love STJ but there is nothing like autumn in New England!

YES, I agree! The 2 just go hand n' handsailorgirl wrote:Fall in New England should be the 8th wonder!

XIG- I can relate to every one of your thoughts!!
We're supposed to get a "cool" front here this weekend and into next week...oh, I may get to wear sleeves

Back home I remember driving to Acushnet and picking apples, pumpkins, getting corn stalks and mums!
Tractor rides with my son and watching how cider is made...aww the memories of my favorite season!
I really enjoyed making an Autumn display in our yard, but don't really do much down here.
Please post more Fall shots...please, anyone?

Okay, I can just smell the apple pie baking now.

X, visiting New England in the fall is on my list of things to do. We're having some cool nights, but still very hot during the day. Looks like we're not going to have any fall. Leaves are dying and falling with no color other than brown. So, I agree, more pictures would be great.
We're heading to Keeneland for a day at the races. I'll try to post some pictures later if anyone's interested. Maybe it will look more "fallish" there.

Mmmm-mm, mulled cider! Sounds like a fun day.liamsaunt wrote:I love fall in New England too. The air smells so crisp and clean. I just went for a walk around the yard in bare feet and it is so nice and cold out there! I am making mulled cider and carving pumpkins today.
Then tonight....GOOOO RED SOX!!!
