Barbuda?
We made it to Antigua and were trying to get to Barbuda the whole time for a day trip but there was huge swell when we were there and the guy running the small boat did not want to make the trip. It sounds like an intriguing place - we have some stuff about it on Caribbean-On-Line: http://www.caribbean-on-line.com/islands/ab/bbe.shtml

Lex, I wish that I could help you. From their home page it looks attractive to me in the same way as the Grenadines do. Keep us informed with what you find out.
Incidentally, you asked about Little Cayman and I recently read a book called "So You Want to Live on an Island..." by Gay Morse, a dive instructor that lives there full time. Friends of mine dives with her every year and they brought me back the book. My friends stay in the same guest house every year and eat most of their meals there. They actually time their trip with 3 other couples, though the cast of characters changes slightly some years. Not my bowl of tea, but they love it. Also they've done long dive trips to Belize/San Pedro also. They prefer the Caymans.

When you find yourself in a hole.... quit digging.
