My favorite island breakfast is some toast and fresh fruit with a cup of tea on the deck of the villa!

For restaurants, we've liked Chilly Billys (except for the crab eggs benedict). They do a nice jib with eggs, and we like that they have trivial pursuit on the table that you can play while waiting for the food.

If you want to splurge, the breakfast buffet at Caneel is filled with lots of yummy food. I don't know how much it costs though--we only ate there the time it was thrown in with the room rate.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
