Construction on Ditleff Point

I was told that the road on Ditleff has been completed and lots are now for sale. Does anyone know when construction will start? Will construction in Fish Bay be an issue? We might end up renting Lost Horizon in Point Rendezvous in June and are concerned about contruction noise, trucks, views, etc. This happened to us before in a Northshore villa and it really put a cramp in our vacation so we're sensitive to the issue.

I think that no matter where you are on island there is a chance that there will be construction nearby. Unfortunately, with increasing popularity comes development.
I like to spend my days at the beach and by the time you get back to the villa, the crews have knocked off for the day and all is well.
