Lovermont, thats a great idea, not sure why I didn't think of that. I should chat up people on the flight. If its three or more, its 20/pp, which is only 5 bucks more than the public taxi.

Trying one last time. Flying into STT on 12/9 at 210. Looking for someone to share a cab with Rachel. Going rate is 50/pp, but it drops to 25 if there are two people.

The advantage is no waiting, and no stops. So if you are in a hurry to get to the ferry, she will be faster.

But, its 25/pp compared to 15 plus bags. But its 40 or 45 pp if only one person. Hence, my inquiry. Still no takers?

Oh, and to answer a previous post, when it was two of us, I believe I gave her 60, which was a 10 dollar tip.

I can't recollect the gentleman's name, but I almost had a pan player for our wedding on STJ. I think that fits the island much better than guitar. Perhaps Pia can help.

We also had 15 people on a BVI trip. We used New Horizons. I would not recommend using two boats, you want everyone together!

I am not debating her value at this point. Used her in the past. I am using this board to connect with other travelers.

Valid point Pia. $15 isnt much considering the travel I will have to endure. Leaving San Francisco at 11PM, arriving in NY at 8, then STT at 2:10. Carry on only, so I'm gonna try like hell to make that 3:00. But it would be nice to share if possible :) I will have to introduce myself Pia, next month...
