I keep reading that parking in Cruz Bay and even moreso Coral Bay can be a big problem. My question is just how big a problem is it? Interesting about the B-vitamin complex. I hadn't heard that. I have heard about garlic pills, which I'm bringing.
I also once heard that Marmite (a yeast spread popular in England)is effective, but choking that down was no picnic. The yeast also started backing up on me. I'll spare you the details.
