oh I'm sorry - we have already done the application and sent it in with a check. All that was already filed at court a while ago. I guess we just have to pick up the license (or do whatever you have to do with a photo ID at the courthouse) that day?

my wedding planner told me that "same day" courthouse visits are ok... everything has to be filed on the same date but that it does not have to be before the wedding ceremony. She indicated that it's common practice...? We are arriving late Saturday night and marrying early Monday morning ...
