Long View Villa overlooking Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay. There's a path behind the house, passed the swimming pool that takes you down to Hart Bay. Great views, 2 br w/ac. We loved it.

Stayed in Long View Villa and they had a safe. Awesome place.

We used Conrad Sutton and if we wanted to decline insurance we had to show our insurance card. Never had to show my insurance card when declining at other rental agencies. Thankfully no problems during our trip.

We are kind of nervous to use Conrad Sutton after some reviews. What is the parking situation if we use a rental car agency that doesn't include the perks of free parking? Where can you park? Thanks.

We're leaving in 10 days. Any reports on how the water is after all this rain? No more than usual algae I hope. Went to Florida last year and algae and jellyfish ruined our trip. We'd come out of the water looking like the creature from the black lagoon. Thanks!

I vote for Pink House. I personally didn't stay there, but we had friends who did. Who wouldn't want to stay right on the beach?

Have a great time! Thought about Beas Maison too, but my husband thought it might be too isolated. The owner sent extra pictures to us and the views look awesome! Pool looks much better than the former jacuzzi. Can't wait to see your trip report.

I doubt it will be chilly in June, but the price is too good to pass up for the location. Just can't understand why they can't put a/c in the bedrooms at least.

When are you going to Cliffside? We're thinking of booking, but nervous about the no a/c (don't know if I can handle it). Can only stay in the pool for so long.

Well said Herb. I'm traveling in June. I've been trying to deal with some companies as well as owners. Some have come down up to 20% off or not charging extra for my kids. But most are not budging. I guess not giving in is worth the risk of not renting their places. Is asking 30% off too much to ask?
