My family stayed at Villa Mahr earlier this year. We enjoyed ourselves very much. My comments are- The location is very convenient- just up the hill from Island Blues The owner spends the winter in the house next door. He was there when we had questions or needs but otherwise left us alone. Actually...

We stayed in Chocolate hole with family and only one car. We just hiked to the Westin where you can always find a taxi. It was a tough walk back up to the villa but worth it for a little time away.
