We are on STT out in Peterborg and have noticed an increase. Currently using Repel's plant based Lemon Eucalyptus mix and it is doing a good job so far.... that is if you can take the smell.

Here's the article on it: http://virginislandsdailynews.com/news/reeking-runoff-water-taints-magens-bay-beach-1.901109 Anyways, Magens has been open to swimming since yesterday and ...

No swimming at Magens

They are releasing water today from the swampy area on the other side of the access road parallel to the beach. There was so much rain that parts of the road got flooded and water accumulated making the road only passable to higher wheel based vehicles like Jeeps and 4x4 pick up trucks. We were told...

Consumer Reports magazine recently had a comparison on insect repellants. Off and Cutter were the two top brands but it was of particular products that had higher DEET levels that were good. Off Deep Woods Sportsmans 2 came up on top followed by Cutter Back Woods. Interestingly, for those wanting a ...

Call up Continental and ask them directly what days they fly non-stop. They change it during the slow season so buyer beware.

Sorry about your B-I-L's passing. My sympathies. I guess a round at Mahogany Run in his honor is in order?

Thanks guys. We'll be on STT. Will go to Magens, Lindquist and Water Island with the kids. We are staying in the Peterborg area. So it will most likely be Magens daily. One day for WI, one for Lind and one for STJ. Our oldest wants to see Oppenheimer's beach as he recently did a report on him. If yo...

That's a big jump in rates percentage-wise! As for the turnstiles, are they going to start nickel and diming everyone? I feel bad for the folks who work on STJ but live on STT.

Will the car barges raise their rate as well?

Broke a rib (and I mean BROKE) over the weekend. Why me? No swimming motions, no kayaking, no fishing, no lifting anything heavy (mixed drinks aren't heavy, right? ). Rest and pain management for the next few weeks. I guess I'll be lay...

Try googling for a "tide calculator". All you'd have to do input in the location you want and it will bring it up. A nifty little program that comes in handy.
