Can anyone give me some help about cell phones on St John ? We have Alltel. We need to be in contact with family while we are there. Worried about roaming charges. Any suggestions ?

I have looked several places and have different departures for the ferry from Charlotte Amalie to St. John.
Does anyone know if they still have a 4:00 departure to St. John ?

We will be there on the 15. Just my husband and myself. We leave a week from today. Can't wait.

Loved your 1st report, and I could read it with a southern accent. Will be on St John 2 weeks from today.

What about Tesseract. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Looks like a good view and has a pool. No hot tub. Make sure all bedrooms have AC. Under 3000 for 6 people.

We stayed at Coral Rays this past summer. We were disappointed with the view from the pool. Plants have taken over. If you have any questions, just ask.

It doesn't hurt to ask about the 4 nights instead of 5 night stay. Private Homes is small so they might work with you.

Where is the Tap Room ? How many different beers do they have on tap ?
