We have stayed at Perelandra several times over the past 6-7 years. We keep going back to Perelandra after having tried several other villas. P is above Cruz Bay and has the best views of St Thomas, Pillsbury Sound and the sunsets. You are far enough up the mountain that noise is a non-issue. It is ...
