Hi Kathy We have stayed on Tortola many times before we realized that we enjoyed St John more. Driving yourself is very do able, just not a easy as SJ. I have used Jerry's Car Rental many times, he's a great guy. He is located in West End and will pick you up at the ferry dock. His number is 284-495...

Here is the follow up.... Just called AT&T, talked with a very nice lady and she removed the roaming charges. The call only lasted probably 30 seconds, no pleas, threats to switch carriers or talking to a supervisor. Painless. With all the taxes removed a savings of $91.98. Thanks to all who off...
