It's just beatiful here in St. John, weather is perfect.Took ferry to Jost yesterday, hiked to soloman bay today. Lots of people here now (compared to Oct when we usually go) Lavendar Hill condo is awesome and for sale for 875,000 - anyone want to go in on it?

I remember when they were about 215,000 for a one bedroom.
