I've almost got the voice down myself, but I need to figure out how to type in the voice. Then, I'd be awesome.

I think we need to keep Rut's zip line in the plans for Maho. Maybe a giant sling shot thingie that will shoot you from the dock to the hotel? It could work.

From my contacts at TPL, they are still in negoations about acquiring the property. Then we can do the fundraising.

Nice One RickG,
Pulled one on my brother today telling him our villa (4/29 arrival) was not going to be available and we would be staying somewhere else. Joke didn't go over well, he's over it. Someone told me of the possibility of a sub tour thing on STJ way back when; thank God it never happened.
