Mamey Peak area - what's it like?

We're staying at Coral Oasis this summer. This villa is located in this area and I understand the pool gets morning sun but that is about it. This is our second trip and we were looking for proximity to the Coral Bay area. It appears this location is also convenient to Maho and Leinster as well.

I have a map and recall stopping to admire the view from the Boardieux Mtn. restaurant. Where is Mamey Peak from this point?

And also, has anyone stayed here or know anyone who has? Any info much appreciated and I will post a review of the villa.

We stayed on Mamey Peak at a villa called Viewtiful about 6 years ago. It's off Centerline Road between Chateau Bordeaux and the smoothie stand (closer to the smoothie stand). It's a great location, about 10 minutes to Maho and a little farther to Coral Bay. It's cool up there. In fact the villa we stayed in had a constant breeze that was so strong, it wasn't really pleasant to sit ourside, which was too bad because the views were awesome. Coral Oasis was built after our visit and I'm not sure of the exact location or the orientation so I really don't know if the breeze is as strong there or not. Very quiet and beautiful area...
