How to rent a jeep if you're under 25?

So how do you go about getting a rental if you're under 25?I know it's come up before but I'm in my 30's so I never payed attention to it. Our friend Erika and her man who'll be on leave from Iraq are both under 25. So who out there knows the way around this problem?
Are there places on STT that take drivers under 25? Then they could car ferry it.
