The December page of the 2007 Simonsen St John calendar has a beautiful pic of Trunk Bay. Snif... :cry: another 12 views of the island relegated to history. But wait! The 2008 calendar is at the house and soon will be slid into the backpack for the bike ride to work.

And the only mark I ever make on the calendars is vacation time in STJ. 8)

That is a beautiful picture on the calendar. Where is it taken from? I'd like to take that one when I am there.

Just checked Google maps because I've never seen Trunk from the west. Looks like there's a villa on the point where the photo was shot. It makes sense with the flowering shrubs and trees in the foreground.

Chet, that's not a "villa" it's the Park Superintendent's home. Nice job perk, I'd say! :lol:
