Invest 90L

Post by Marcia (Mrs. Pete) »

Storm brewing right over our beloved islands. Looks like it will be a little wet this weekend. Let's hope it falls apart and moves on quickly.

Okay, sorry. Weather geek that I am, I guess I should not assume everyone knows the lingo. It's a system sitting over the VI's right now.

My bad.

I knew what you meant (sort of :) )

Maybe go back in and edit your topic line - it almost looks like a "Financial Planning" scam :D

RAIN RAIN RAIN?

Post by Marcia (Mrs. Pete) »

I have no idea how to re-title this post. Just sayin' though, that folks going down now, are in for a lot of weather. NO, not a hurricane, just a lot of wind and rain.

The potential exists for tropical storm development AFTER leaving the USVI area. Where it goes, who really knows. My guess (weather geek that I am), is that it falls apart before becoming anything that anyone on land needs to worry about (waters are cooling).

Told you I was a geek. Only a weather geek though. Pete says I'm a MILF. Sweet.

Here comes the "chick part." All boys, please, avert your eyes. Go elsewhere while we gals read the following:

Bad week at work...I'm cranky.

Today is my oldest daughter's birthday. She's 17!! My birthday is Sunday. I'm not telling what age but I am kinda' close to Ruth's age. So, you girls all know what I am going through.

Rain, rain, go away for STJ!!!

Hang in there Marcia! And I appreciate the weather decoding. I am not sure if I want to know if another storm is forming or not! Sometimes ignorance is bliss.

SO told me recently that I was middle-aged. I didn't know what the heck he was talking about and unless they changed middle aged to 24 (how old I always see myself/feel) then he is completely wrong...besides, he's a senior citizen if I am middle aged

Mrs. Pete, since you are a weather geek, I am glad to hear you think it will not turn into anything major. We don't need no stinkin' hurricanes!
