Lindy & Luna....have any pictures? Just curious
Some of you refer to Lindy & Luna on this forum and I am wondering who they are.
Does anyone have any pictures?

That was actually the day after he got out of the hospital in April. The day we arrived, we heard he died. I was sooooo sad. Two days later he was walking the street in brand new cloths and shoes. The day after that...this pic was taken. I guess it didn't take long for him to get back to his natual habits

MrB.... thank you for a good laugh
MrB,
Thank you for the picture!!! My 11 yr old daughter is scared of Lindy, running behind us everytime she sees him. So me, being the loving mother I am, took your picture and emailed it to her, with a note saying that he missed her. Hee! Hee!
After she went to bed last night, I put it as the desktop on her computer. That will be a lovely surprise when she logs on!!!!

I was hoping this thread would die a peaceful and quiet natural death yet I see it popping back up to the top and with not only an pictures of Lindy (which he might even enjoy if he looked at them), that I found objectionable and figured I'd click on by, but now there are, IMO, some pretty cruel inappropriate remarks poking fun at someone who, for whatever reason, is not as grounded as you and I may be fortunate enough to be. It does not speak well to the character and image of the board and its participants.
My own bias, and what might be called hyper-sensitivity, comes from years of working for many years with those who suffer from the effects of mental illnesses and substance abuse and I wonder how many would appreciate the manifestations of our respective diseases exploited and laughed at.
Thanks for reading and allowing me to "vent" ... I know we can do better and that we are better (and nicer) than this thread expresses.

Someone asked a question and it was answered. Some people made comments, end of story.
There are many topics on this board that people may find innapropriate or offensive and we all have the option to walk on by and ignore it.
Saying that we can do better is a bit insulting to those that have posted their opinions or comments.
We have been through this before with many other topics; drinking, nekkidness, etc.
We all need to learn to be more tolerant of each other's personalities. We are all very different people from very different backgrounds and we all consider different things appropriate. No one is right or wrong and certainly no better than each other in any way.
I respect your viewpoint, but I don't think that this thread represents that we are not nice people.
