LLBean has a para-sheet now

Post by mindehankins »

Neat sheets are popular with some forum folks. If you've been wondering about them, LLBean has a version now. I love this company for their return policies, so I just got one. Will let you know how it works out!

Minde please let me know how you like that. Do you guys place your towels on this or lay directly on it?

Hey Minde - Less than two weeks....have a great, great time and don't forget the trip report when you get back so that I can dream about the day I can do my own solo trip!!

stjchica - You can use the neat sheets with or without towels depending on what's more comfortable for you (save your rolled up towel as a pillow instead of laying on it). I tend to prefer my beach chair so I like to use my neat sheet as a place to set my wet snorkel gear, my beach bag, towels, and anything else that I want to keep relatively free of sand. I just have to spread it out somewhere away from foot traffic so that sand doesn't get kicked onto it - usually behind my chair. It also works as a makeshift shade shelter between sea grape plants if you throw a few springy clothes pins into your bag and I throw it over my shoes and beach bag for those light sprinkles that pass by when you're on the beach. I've used it as a table cloth/seat cover over dirty/splintery/hot as hades picnic tables too.....you'll find all sorts of ways to use it.

I have that exact model of parasheet. Bought it from another vendor (Amazon maybe) last year. I previously owned a Neat Sheet. I like this product better. We use it for our cooler and and anything we don't want to get sandy. I like Lindy's idea for shade. Never thought of that one.

You should, I just did. We used Neat Sheets for years, but this seems lighter and I love the corner anchors....

I absolutely agree. I have loved my neatsheet but space in the luggage is precious and this looks small and light enough to throw in the carry on. Love it! Thanks!

We've had one for a few years (got it at Amazon, I think). It's great - sand doesn't stick and it packs back into it's little self-pouch really quickly.

Reminds me that I need to get it out this weekend.
