Halloween on St. John - for kids

Having been to St. John for St. Pats day, I suspect Halloween is a blast for adults. But, I'm wondering if there are any activities for the younger set. Does anyone know? We'll have our 4 year old with us, and while he's too young yet to appreciate that he's missing out on trick-or-treating with his friends back home, it would be fun if there was some event with other kids in costumes we could take him to. Maybe a costume parade or trick-or-treating at the Cruz Bay businesses?

Mongoose Junction @ 3:00. The kids dress up and trick or treat at all the shops.

The kids are sooo cute! And on my opinion, the best adult party is at Skinny's - been there a couple times and Beach bar once. Last year friends went to both in the same night and said Skinny's by far was better!
