Choosing the right Vila agency for two villas

Hello we are looking for two villas on St John close together, a 5 and a 3/4 bedroom, within walking distance would be ideal. The problem I face is that every rental agency has certain villas but not others. Is there an agency that has access to all? Any recommendations on highly respected agencies? I have inquired to Travel Keys, Caribbean Villas, and Suites St John. So far no live conversations. All have been prompt getting back to me but trying to do my homework before I start working with one and would hate to have to go through two agencies for two villas. Thank you

You will probably get a lot more responses if you'll post this on the St. John travel forum. I seem to recall this question being asked and answered there a number of times.
