Babysitters on STJ

Please help with information regarding the pros and cons of using a babysitter on island. What company to use, which sitter is a favorite, etc. Thanks!

I would highly recommend Crystal with Christy's of STJ. This is our 4th visit to STJ with our now 5 year old son and she has watched him on every trip. We are usually on island for 2 weeks and she will babysit 4 times, 2 days and 2 evenings. Our son loves her and always very excited when Crystal is scheduled to babysit. She is really great.
