Three must do's:
1. Pikes Place Market http://www.pikeplacemarket.org/
2. Seattle Center http://www.seattlecenter.com/
3. The Space Needle (in Seattle Center)

Restaurant suggestions:
1. Ivar's
2. Anthony's Pier 66

A couple of side trips:
1. Mt. St. Helen's
2. Mt. Rainier
3. Gig Harbor
4. The San Juan Islands

Enjoy!! :D

Seattle is a great walking city, very easy to get around. Stay in the center of the city and you are in walking distants to almost anything. Pike Market is a must do/see. Make sure to get the mini donuts you can miss them. Walk down to 4th Avenue and try the crabcakes at Dahlia Lounge the and if your there might as well get something at there bakery too. Don't be afraid of the "rain" it comes it goes your on vacation enjoy!

It has been a while... seems I am saying that a lot lately.

Other ideas are all good; I would like to add a couple.

The views from the observation deck of Columbia Center are spectacular, especially on a clear day.
We enjoyed a harbor tour; I don't remember which one.
Yes to the Dahlia Lounge!

Enjoy your Thanksgiving trip!
