I have noticed that it looks cloudy when I look at the webcam. Has it been raining a lot lately? We will be there in 2 weeks and I was just wondering what kind of weather to expect. When I was there before it was sunny most of the time with just a quick shower one day.
We had almost no rain and the locals are getting worried. There has been very little and the cisterns are getting low. I can't remember seeing so many water trucks on island at once.

I can understand about a drought. We have finally started getting rain here after almost a year of no rain. I will wish for rain for St. John but maybe not a lot while we are there. :
