Wants to say "hi" :)

Fabulous meal there tonight (as always) ......... the best onion rings EVER, unbelievable crab tomato bisque, Ponzu Tuna and their special pasta of the day lobster, scallop, shrimp penne with pesto cream sauce - soooooooo fantastic :) If you will be on St John soon do check him out - he is worth the drive from Cruz Bay for sure :)

We stayed on that side of the island and enjoyed the food there so much that we ate 2 lunches and 2 dinners there! It was that good! :)

Ate there 2 years ago, now it is on our gotta go there every year list!!! Crab cake and Macadamia Crusted Grouper and Mushroom Rizzoto!!!!! Mmmmmmm! :D :D :D

That Tuna Ponzu is becoming legendary. MJ is a terrific chef, and Aqua Bistro's bar rates up there as one of my favorites on the island, (along with Shipwreck, of course). For those that don't know,the Ponzu is a Friday night special.

I absolutely love their Crab-Stuffed Portabella Mushroom. Got it twice on our last trip. Delectable!

Looking forward to the Bistro Grouper this November, Aqua Bistro is our favorite place to "chill". All of MJ'S staff are excellent!
