I had a drink at Sapphire Beach in January called a Blind Monkey. Does anyone know what was in it?
I remember Baileys & Kahlua, and maybe cream of coconut?
There are other ingredients, but I do not remember those.
Thnx!!

Haven't heard of that one before, sorry I can't help you out ... I am very curious to see the ingredients though
What you have listed so far sounds yummy!

How about banana, melon and orange liquor-cranberry juice and orange juice. Had one in St Thomas it wasn't to bad. Not sure on amounts-most likely a shot each of
liquors. Enjoy

Thnx Kathyzhere & mricco for your replies.
I think, if I remember correctly, it is a BBC with Kahlua added. What is a BBC?

Thnx STTlover...this is how it was then:
Put kahlua in bottom of glass, add the BBC, and then top off with 151 dark rum.
It was delicious!
