I do have my own pics but can seem to get them in the message. Don't know what I'm doing, I guess.

Maybe we could get that set of instructions stickied or added to the FAQ, since it is a recurring question.

If you have your photos in photo bucket or webshots they provider the code for you. it is called the IMG code. If you cut and paste the string of characters from the IMG code to your post you should get your picutre. You can always preview first to make sure it is there.

Do the pics have to be online (like in Photobucket) or can they just reside on your computer?

just as an FYI not all photo sites allow you to share - I think FLICKR lets you share as well but they don't provide the code. In that case you would right click on your photo and go to properties and look at the Address (URL) something like this http://farm1.static.flickr.com/181/3699 ... 392627.jpg

When you have that click the box above your post that says IMG and you will get this Image

they have to be hosted on a photo site that allows sharing (photobucket and webshots and flcikr are all examples)

The original pic is on my home computer and I am at work. I sent it to myself through e-mail and downsized it to do so. I will use the original and post it later tonight. Gibney is actually one of my most favorite beaches. There are many better snorkel spots, but just for the "beach thing", Gibney is the best!!
