Villas

I am still trying to find a villa for our trip June 18th-25th. My sister still has not been able to confirm here vacation from work for these dates, so now our top 3 choices are all booked for that week. Anyway, I have looked at Cocotier, La Papaya, and Villa Colorado as options. We would like to stay at $4500 for the week including taxes and fees. It will be 6 adults (mom, dad, sister, brother-in-law, wife, and myself) and our 2 year old son. We are just looking for A/C, a pool, a decent drive to the villa, and preferably at least 2 king beds. All advice/suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks and God bless.

I love the looks of Cocotier and it is on my list for the next trip! You may also want to check out Argonauta - although all the bedrooms are not equal. AC, close to town and great views.

We've stayed in Villa Sea Cay twice...its not fancy but all bedrooms (3) are large,have ac, King beds, ensuite baths and it has a pool...and the view...well...for me its one of the best...it rents through Mystic Properties and its very reasonable...I believe under your budget...they are delightful to work with...I'll attach a link. Cocotier gets good reviews...looks like a nice choice to me.
