We were down last Thanksgiving and ate Thanksgiving dinner at Morgan's Mango. We called the week ahead to make reservations but I'm not sure that was necessary. It was a very nice evening!
We went to Morgans Mango one Thanksgiving and it was great. Then we went another time and the service was really bad (food was still great) and so I am a little afraid to go back.
We aren't sure where we will go that night.

Banana Deck in the past has had a wonderful Thanksgiving but last year (maybe the year before? I can't remember) they did not open so you might want to give them a call.
