Niagara Falls anyone?

Well by a stroke of luck I was able to book 2 round trip tickets from here in NC to Niagara Falls for a song this May...We have often thought about going but just never gotten around to it til now, and never really done alot of research...Just curious if anyone could suggest any Hotel or any be sure to do or be sure to see things up there..
