In a partnership with the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Human Services, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas has organized an effort to provide backpacks and school supplies to children in the Division of Children and Families Foster Care Program. Filled with necessary supplies, the backpacks were presented to the Division's office by resort representatives on August 20. Employees also included a personal note of encouragement in each child's backpack.
