The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, Donates School Supplies to Children in Foster Care
In a partnership with the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Human Services, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas has organized an effort to provide backpacks and school supplies to children in the Division of Children and Families Foster Care Program. Filled with necessary supplies, the backpacks were presented to the Division's office by resort representatives on August 20. Employees also included a personal note of encouragement in each child's backpack. This program is an example of The Ritz-Carlton's efforts to give back to the community and make a positive impact on future generations.
