We're here.....part 2
We started the day by going on a Friends of the National Park snorkeling seminar. "Lucy" was our FVINP guide. She's an astute marine expert and really knows her fish. On the boat, we were joined by two other Forumites, Snorkelqueen and SJfrom NJ.

Sadie Sea took us to 2 sites at Lovango Cay and then finished at Scott Bay.

We saw the usual coral formations and fish and were joined by a 4 foot "friend" under the boat.

What a great day and happy crew! I had no idea you could take a snorkeling trip with the Friends of the NP. I need to check that out.
You couldn't ask for a better day! (a bit jealous but happy for you)
Thanks for taking the time out to share your slice of paradise~

Great shots from that Canon! Yes, Lucy is fabulous -- she ran the snorkel concession at Caneel for decades until she retired, and they still want her to come back! Anyone who ever gets the chance at a trip with her, you will get a great tour -- she knows where to go and exactly what you're looking at.
