This is the legal procedure doc for law enforcement if they want to investigate you for some reason - it details what FB does and doesn't keep, will turn over about you, etc. It is a little outdated but still very interesting. I think anyone who ever posted about security issues or identity theft with concerns about what people can find out about you on this particular forum - well - if you are using FB you should be much more worried!
