I'm back....Merry Christmas (Happy Holidays?), Happy New and all that stuff!
Me and the wife (Married on Hawksnest in 5/09) are snuggled up in the house watching the snow (I call it by another 4-letter word that starts with "S") fall in lovely Cleveland. Todays projected high temp was 18, my outdoor thermometer never made it past 17.
We are plotting our return to STJ.....hope it's this year, finances may not allow........unless........maybe we can go without food for a while.....

We are bringing most of our food this trip and have no plans on going out to eat. I'll let you all know how it works out.

Look at it as a diet opportunity! The less you spend on food now, the more svelte you'll be in your new bathing suit on the beach!

Let me know how bringing the food works out We cooked at the villa 4 out of 7 nights, ate breakfast there every morning and packed lunches almost everyday, still spent a fortune. I guess it could have been the beer and the rum......

It'll be hard to convince the wife to not eat after the home prepared, Prime Rib and Lobster New Years Eve dinner.....she may like food even more than me...
