this second batch of truffles came out much better. I wanted to do these in coconut but didn't have enough so I chopped it and added in some powdered sugar. the coconut adds a nice crunch. I replaced the bailey's with cruzan rum cream.

I covered my truffles in more powdered sugar, put them in candy cups in a pretty tin and brought them to MIL's for Christmas weekend.

The IL's loved them. At one point SIL hid the tin from the BIL's. :lol: :lol:

Maybe we'll try them again next year.
