We stayed at Jazz Villa twice and loved it. The view is beautiful and the pool our favorite!
There were a couple of small glitches which CV took care of. It is a convenient location. You can see Pond Bay construction but it didn't bother us. The pictures are pretty accurate. one bedroom has outside only access but since my kids are in the 20s+ it worked out fine!
